Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1 pm CST (Central), Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.

When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders over $200 ship free by priority service within the United States. Smaller orders pay the flat rate shown at checkout.

Domestic orders usually arrive in two business days after they ship.

We ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and free shipping offers apply to US addresses only.

You are responsible for knowing your country's import rules and for any customs duties, taxes or fees. International orders are placed at the buyer's risk: we can't take responsibility for customs seizures, shipment delays, lost packages or similar issues once an order has left our facility.

Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at room temperature during normal transit times. Store it at or below -20°C on arrival.
