Refund and cancellation policy

Because of the fragile and sensitive nature of our products, we can't accept returns.

You can cancel or change an order only before it ships. Contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, contact us right away at support@peptidesbiotech.com or 1-877-291-2999. Include your order number and photos where you can.

If a refund is approved, it's sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, email support@peptidesbiotech.com.
